Cars are delivered at and collected from our offices. A special charge of Rs 1500 is claimed for delivery or collection of vehicle outside its base of operation.

The car is delivered in perfect working condition and in a clean state. The vehicle shall be returned in the same condition of neatness, otherwise the renter will have to pay the cleaning and overhauling cost. The cost is delivered with five tyres in good condition and without cut. In case of puncture or damage for a reason other than normal wear and tear, the renter agrees to repair or replace it by a tyre of the same size and of similar wear.
La voiture est livrée en parfait état de marche et de propreté. La voiture doit être rendue dans le même êtat de propreté à défaut, le locataire devra s’acquitter du montant de son nettoyage et de sa remise en état. Les cinq pneus sont en bon état et sans coupures. En cas de détérioration pour cause autre que l’usure normale, le locataire s’engage à le remplacer immédiatement par des pneus de la même dimension et d’usure sensiblement égale.
Under penalty of cancellation of the the insurance policy, the renter binds himself not to allow the car to be driven by other person than himself or those approved as stipulated in the contract.
Sous peine d’être exclu de la garantie d’assurance, le locataire s’engage à ne pas laisser conduire la voiture par une autre personne que lui même ou celles agrées, clairement stipulés dans le contrat, donc il se porte garant. Gasoline shall be chareable by the renter, who must regularly check the oil and water levels. He shall warrant these operations by corresponsing bills.
L’essence est à la charge du client, qui doit aussi vérifier régulièrement le niveau d’huile et d’eau. Il justifiera de ces travaux par des factures correspondantes
Normal wear and tear is GCR’s responsibility. Any repair arising from abnormal wear and tear, or due to lack of care on the part of the renter shall be chargeable to him and carried out solely by GCR.
L’usure mécanique normale est à la charge de GCR. Toutes réparations provenant soit d’une usure anormale, soit d’une négligence de la part du client seront à sa charge et exécuté uniquement par GCR.
The rental fees as well as the deposit amount are payable in advance. In no case the deposit shall be used for an extension of hiring.
Le prix de la location ainsi que la caution sont payable en avance. La caution ne pourra servir en aucun cas à une prolongation de location.
The renter must get in touch with GOODROYAL CAR RENTAL in case of breakdown and prohibits himself from abandoning the vehicle.
Le locataire s’interdit fortement d’abandonner le véhicule. GCR doit être informé immédiatement de tout défaillance.
The renter remain solely liable for fines, contraventions and other proceeding against him. GCR and cannot be held responsible for any belongings left in the car & for any minor scratches & accident damage.
Le locataire demeure seul responsable des amendes, contraventions et procès verbaux établis contre lui. La compagnie ne peut être tenue responsable pour des pertes d’effet personnels ou de dommages durant la location.
Upon the issue of cyclone warning class 3, the vehicle shall not circulate, otherwise the renter shall be responsible for any damage.
La voiture ne doit pas circuler en cas d’avertissement de cyclone de class 3, sinon en cas de dommage le locataire sera entièrement et personnellement responsible
Cars are covered by a fully paid comprehensive policy with an excess of EUR 600 or as otherwise mentioned in the contract. Damage or loss of equipment and tyre and of personal property is not covered.
Les voitures sont couvertes par une assurance tous risques contre une franchise de EUR 600 ou autre somme mentionnée sur le contrat. Tout dommage ou perte d’équipement de la voiture et objets personnels ne sont couverts en aucun cas.
